Job Title: Bilingual Quality Monitor | Delivery
Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bilingual Quality Monitor for our Delivery team. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality standards are consistently met throughout our delivery services. This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and a second language, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics related to delivery services to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular quality checks, audits, and inspections of delivery processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports on quality metrics, highlighting trends and patterns.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to team members and management to foster continuous improvement.
- Assist in training and coaching delivery personnel on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer service standards.
- Act as a liaison between quality assurance and other departments to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
- Participate in the design and development of quality improvement initiatives and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and one additional language (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within the delivery industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quality management software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with potential travel to local delivery sites.
- Requires flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary to meet quality goals and deadlines.
